Zorah is the first living machine to land on planet Popstar. Due to landing in an isolated region of Popstar, Zorah spent an incredibly long time trapped and alone. It was unable to move from its spot, but had a strong will that only wished to move and travel freely.

Zorah's fervent wish eventually reached the Fountain of Dreams, which in turn propelled its wish all the way up to Galactic Nova, a sentient satellite orbiting Popstar.

Galactic Nova created the Air Ride machines that fell down to Popstar, modeling them after Zorah. Just like Zorah, the machines had a will but could not move by themselves. Riders and machines shared each other's will and formed partnerships over time.

After Nova sent the Air Ride machines to Popstar, it also sent worker drones and materials down to Zorah, forcibly tearing it apart and remaking it into the monstrous vehicle Gigantes.
Gigantes was capable of destroying all life on the planet, but required a large amount of willpower to activate. To this end, Nova commanded its vehicles and riders to gather towards Gigantes, so that their strong will could jumpstart Gigantes.

When Zorah was being rebuilt, a Fragment of its will managed to escape, taking on the form of Noir Dedede. It was both Rider and Machine, and can finally move freely by itself. Noir Dedede's purpose was to stop Gigantes from awakening.

Zorah's story has two endings in the Road Trip game mode. In the first ending, upon completing Stage 11, Gigantes is destroyed and Noir Dedede fades away.
The Farthest Reach Stage 11 Guide

In the True Ending, unlocked with Stage 12, Hyper Gigantes is created, and Noir Dedede redirected it's energy straight at Galactic Nova. If you defeat the Secret Boss, Nova is destroyed and Zorah rebuilds its original form. Zorah is able to go back to outer space.

Zorah's story is told in cutscenes as you progress the Road Trip mode in Kirby Air Riders.

Stage 12 is only available in the New Game Plus mode of Road Trip, which can be unlocked by completing Road Trip once on any difficulty.

Defeat the Secret Boss in Stage 12 of Road Trip to witness the Tru Ending of Zorah's story!
