Turn And Tap The B Button Repeatedly

When you approach a sharp curve, you can Brake Pump by turning and then tapping the B button repeatedly. This makes your machine do small brakes and lets you pass through the curve without losing speed.

Brake Pumping can help you maximize your speed when you're in a racetrack with many sharp curves.

Use B-Button to Trigger Boost Charge

While you're Brake Pumping, keep in mind that it does not charge your Boost Charge, unlike drifting. So when you approach a curve, decide whether it'll be better to use Brake Pump or drift through it instead!
