Arena Season 108 Elite Meta Analysis
Dominated By Strong Crossover UCE Units
 Unicorn Gundam (Hyper Mega Launcher)

The Crossover UCE units have emerged as the top dogs of Arena Season 108. In particular, the Unicorn HML has become the most effective mobile suit in the game thanks to its absurdly high EX damage output and tough defense.
This mobile suit is now the face of the current Arena meta, putting an end to the Purple The-O meta for now.
One major downside to the Unicorn HML is that it is a P5-dependent mobile suit, and anything below will yield sub-optimal performance.
 Narrative Gundam B2-Packs

 Zeta Gundam (IF Claw and IF Blaster)

The Narrative Gundam B2-Packs and Zeta Gundam (IF Claw and IF Blaster) have also risen to the top of the meta, but are not as effective as the Unicorn HML.
What all three have in common is commendable durability and strong damage. In particular, high EX damage output plays a central role in all of these mobile suits' kits. This is perfect for a meta where you face Absolute Evade and Perfect Guard units on a daily basis, since EX skills bypass these defensive statuses.

These four mobile suits above are defensive specialists that can tank for your main DPS units and buy time for them to start popping off.
The Alex (Chobham Armor) in particular has become an exceptional tank, since being able to reflect EX skill damage works incredibly well in an Arena meta dominated by strong EX skill damage.
While the Crossbone Gundam X3 lacks damage, its incredible durability has made it a good complementary piece meant to draw aggro away from the Unicorn Gundam HML, given that they are both Red-type units.
The-O (Purple) and the Gundam F91 (Full Power) are matchup nightmares that need no introduction. These two can singlehandedly win games against teams without the means to counter Perfect Guard + guard rate and Absolute Evade + Evasion.

One extremely useful tip that many players should use against enemy teams with the Alex (Chobham Armor) is to manually use its EX skill in battle. This allows players to prevent their EX-oriented DPS units from dealing unnecessary damage to themselves.
This strategy requires you to pay attention to your matches, specifically which units are attacking which. You'll only really need to hold your EX skills against the Alex's current matchup, so spam away with the mobile suits engaged in combat with the Alex's teammates.
Players might find this difficult to execute effectively, especially since plenty of mobile suits can use their EX skills at a rapid rate. To counteract this, simply slow down your game to normal speed in order to use EX skills more effectively.
Use Char's Z'Gok Situationally

Use Char's Z'Gok against key Gundam-Type enemy units. This support is an excellent mobile suit against key Gundam-Type units as it draws aggro toward them, making them take more damage. These abilities are useful against the Crossover UCE Gundams.

To round out your team, look to field in powerful DPS units with access to statuses that counter the defensive statuses we've discussed above. These should come in the form of Unavoidable, Unguardable
The best of these are the DPS units listed above. Like the rest of the mobile suits we've listed in this meta-analysis, these three units are a cut above the rest of the units with access to these statuses.
How To Beat The Arena Meta
Although the meta has shifted recently, the way to beat the meta stays the same. You need to have your own set of meta units we've discussed above. Your success in Arena is dependent on your ability to take out key enemy units while keeping your own units alive.
Make sure you use the right units for the job. Field in your counterpicks against Absolute Evade and Perfect Guard, and prepare for the enemy team's powerful gimmicks like Alex (Chobham Armor).
Remember that if you see Char's Z'Gok on the enemy team, try to position your squishy Gundam-Type units behind the Armored ones to reduce their chances of drawing aggro. Not preparing for a Char's Z'Gok can lead to a loss in an otherwise winnable match.
Conversely, use Char's Z'Gok against teams with powerful Gundam-Type units.

These are some of the best units you can use in the Arena at present. All these units either deal ridiculously high damage, are extremely durable, offer great utility, or a combination of these three.
Do take note that you will need tons of resources and effort to invest in them (and their Sub MSs) heavily. Assuming you have the right investments in them and you play all six Arena games daily, this team should get you very high up on the Elite Arena rankings.
