Cima Garahau was an ace pilot for Zeon during the One Year War, who found herself becoming responsible for spreading G3 Nerve Gas to defenseless colonies. This would traumatize and embitter her. When the war ended, Cima decided to continue fighting the war instead of surrendering, eventually forming her own fleet of space pirates called the Cima Fleet. She eventually joined Aiguille Delaz's Operation Stardust, eventually becoming one of the central figures in the plan. But she only took this opportunity to take revenge on him and Zeon as a whole.

Cima Garahau is a good pilot for any Raid unit, as she grants 18 seconds of Absolute Evade when the battle begins. If the unit she is piloting has the rest of her unit category requirements, they will get 20% Evasion, 50% Reaction, and 154% ranged and melee sense buffs against units inflicted with the Jamming debuff. She can also get up to 480% ranged and melee sense buffs, though some of the unit category requirements for these buffs can be hard to put together in a mobile suit that is not the Gerbera Tetra.
