To head to the Swap Shop, simply walk east once you enter Moleville, until you reach the edge of the map, then keep walking north, until you come across a house on the lower level of Moleville.

Frying Pan	Available at Treasure Hunting Toad's shop after defeating the Axem Rangers. Price: 300 Coins

Treasure Hunting Toad can be first found in Coal Mines but will eventually evacuate to Moleville Item Shop after defeating Punchinello for the third Star Piece.
