Walk on Air in Nimbus Land to Collect Fertilizer

Super Mario RPG Remake - Walk on Invisible Floor to Get Fertilizer
The Fertilizer can only be obtainable after defeating Valentina in Nimbus Land.

You can find the Fertilizer from the Beezo located at the rightmost edge of the town of Nimbus Land. You'll need to walk on air to reach the flying Beezo.

Give to Gardener in Rose Town to Get Lazy Shell Weapon and Armor

Super Mario RPG Remake - Gardener Plant
To obtain the Lazy Shell weapon and armor, you need to have the Fertilizer as well as the Seed item.

Give the Seed and Fertilizer to the gardener in Rose Town, which he will use to make a huge plant grow. Climb the plant to reach another area, where you'll find two chests, each containing a Lazy Shell variation.

The Lazy Shell weapon is the strongest weapon that Mario can equip, while the Lazy Shell armor is extremely good in a support build with Peach.
