Complete Gunsmith Main Quest

To unlock Bolt Power configuration, you need to complete the Main Quest, Gunsmith.

All Materials for Bolt Configuration

Upgrade Effect Material Required
Super Cooling Image Super Cooling Adds a new window of opportunity during cooling that, when properly timed, Supercools the blaster, temporarily preventing heat buildup. ・Blaster Recirculator: x1
・Polycarbonate: x10
・Actuating Module: x4
Charge Speed Image Charge Speed Reduces the time required to charge the weapon to maximum power. ・Blaster Recirculator: x1
・Chalcopyrite: x15
・Ion Cell: x7
Damage Image Damage Increases the damage dealt with each fired shot. ・Durasteel: x20
・MG-2 Power Exceeder: x10
・BT-2X - Charge Controller: x1

You need all of the above materials to fully upgrade the Bolt Power Blaster Configuration.
