Complete Legacy Main Quest

To unlock Pulse Power configuration, you need to complete the Main Quest, Legacy.

Upgrade Effect Material Required
Improved Passive Cooling Image Improved Passive Cooling Increases speed and efficiency of the blaster's passive cooling system. ・Blaster Recirculator: x1
・Polycarbonate: x15
・Cryo-coil: x7
Charge Speed Image Charge Speed Reduces the time required to charge the weapon to maximum power. ・Blaster Recirculator: x1
・Slivian Iron: x20
・MG-2 Power Exceeder: x12
Maximum Charge Image Maximum Charge Further increases damage dealt when firing the blaster at full charge. ・Chalcopyrite: x20
・Cryo-coil: x15
・Trans-Accelerator: x1

You need all of the above materials to fully upgrade the Pulse Power Blaster Configuration.
