At present, there don't seem to be any romance options available in the game. Neenah, Kevin, and Eli all seem to be eligible, but no options to court any of them have been confirmed at this time.

Romance in Previous Games

Only In Saints Row IV

In the previous games, there were no options for romance given to players. But, in Saints Row IV, you could have a conversation with the different characters on your ship and speak to them for a short cutscene that fades to black, similar to the romantic scenes in Mass Effect.
