Chapter Summary and Introduction

Octopath Traveler 2 - Throne Chapter 4 Summary

Throne's journey takes her back to New Delsta where she finds the truths behind the locked door in the sewers. This leads her to confront someone who looks like Pirro, except he might be more than meets the eye.

	Objectives
1	Make for the cemetery.
2	Ambush the Snake.
3	Make for the sewers.
4	See what lies beyond the door.
5	Venture further down the abandoned road.
6	Ride the ropeway.
7	Follow the baby's cries.
8	Defeat Claude.

New Delsta

	Objectives
1	Make for the cemetery. As soon as you arrive in New Delsta. Head to the cemetery on the west side of the city.
2	Ambush the Snake. After overhearing the plan to take control of the Blacksnakes, ambush the would-be urserper.
3	Make for the sewers. Throne remembers a locked door in the sewers. Thinking that the locked door there may hold more answers. Go down the sewers and keep going east until you see the locked door.

Underground Waterway

	Objectives
4	See what lies beyond the door. Go past the door to a forgotten road to a city thought to be lost to time.

Deserted High Road

	Objectives
5	Venture further down the abandoned road. Head towards the waypoint to the ropeway.
6	Ride the ropeway. Talk to the old man to ride the ropeway to Lostseed.

Lostseed

	Objectives
7	Follow the baby's cries. Upon arriving in the city, a woman on the bridge will ask that you kill her baby. Bewildered by the woman's request you follow the baby's cries as it leads you to Lostseed Castle.

Lostseed Castle

	Objectives
8	Defeat Claude. Claude who reveals himself to be your birth father is an immortal whose sole mission was to produce the perfect offspring capable of killing him.
9	Defeat The Phantom Snakes. Claude will summon phantoms from your past. These phantoms will not be as difficult as their actual counterparts. You must deall with them to directly damage Claude again. Claude's ability Chained Pride renders your primary jobs sealed until you break him. It is highly recommended that you have secondary jobs equipped before attempting the fight. In the same way, be sure that the secondary jobs you equip can contribute to breaking Claude.
