How to Get to the Merchant Guild
1 Move to Cropdale in the Leaflands region.
2 Go right and move to the Eastern Cropdale Trail.
3 Go to the top right and move to Crackridge Harbor: Anchorage.
4 Head up and move to Southern Crackridge Wilds.
5 Go right to reach Western Crackridge Wilds.
6 Follow the Guild Mark on your map and talk to the Merchant Guild Master upon reaching the guild to get the Merchant License.

Get Fire Dragon's Glaive at the Decaying Temple

The Fire Dragon's Glaive can be obtained by opening a chest inside a Secret Room at the Decaying Temple in Hinoeuma. To get inside the temple, remove all of your party members except one by going to a Tavern. Once alone, head to the temple and make your way to the save point.

There's a set of stairs you can take to the left leading up. Head to the upper right corner of the area and interact with the scroll to reveal the hidden room.

Open the chest inside to get the Fire Dragon's Glaive.

This skill is essential when knowing that your other party members can decisively finish the battle in their respective turn.
