Cleric

・Using Cleric as the second job for Osvald allows you to cover 4 elemental types: Fire, Ice, Lighting, and Light, making you versatile when it comes to elemental attacks. ・The HP and mitigation skills that come with Cleric are a huge advantage to Osvald whenever he uses his Path Action, Mug, where he'll have to fight solo against an enemy. ・Mystical Staff and Inner Strength are good skills for Osvald as both give him SP, allowing him to use more of his elemental skills in combat.

The best Secondary Job for Osvald is Cleric. You can get this build by going to Borderfall, Crestlands and talking to the Cleric Guild Master at the Cleric Guild. They'll give you the Cleric License shortly after and you can equip it on Osvald from the Jobs menu.

・One True Magic is an all-powerful spell that allows him to reduce his enemies' shield points regardless of their weaknesses. ・Can increase the potency of his spell using Latent Power by a lot, with the help of Advanced Magic and Alephan's Wisdom to deal massive elemental damage. ・A permanent buff for great magic is available as an accessory at the end of the game. ・Able to reveal the enemies' weakness at the start of the battle with his talent, Study Foe. He can also reveal additional weak points and HP of a single foe using Analyze. ・With secondary jobs, it's possible to have 3 elemental attacks he can cover.

How to Get to the Scholar's Altar
1	Fast Travel to Winterbloom in the Winterlands
2	Head directly west of the town.
3	Keep moving west until you see a bridge.
4	Drop down from the ledge and head under the bridge. There's a hidden entrance underneath it.
5	Simply walk north until you reach a statue.
6	With Osvald in your party, examine the statue so he can receive his EX Skill.

Make Sure to Have Osvald In Your Party

Before heading for Western Winterbloom Snows to get Osvald's EX Skill, you need to make sure that you have him in your party first. Otherwise, you won't be able to get his EX Skill.

Start Osvald's story or add him to your party by going to a tavern.

If you don't have him yet, you can always visit the altar again once you have him in your party.

Agnea	【Damage Buffer】 ・Peacock Strut works well with Osvald to increase his damage output. ・Can extend her buff to all her allies with the use of her Latent Power. ・Can use Stimulate to manipulate turn order. ・Sealticge's Seduction allows Agnea to extend the skills of an ally to all.
Temenos	【Healer and Night-Only Debuffer】 ・Able to heal the entire party. ・Can grant Osvald Aelfric's Blessing, allowing him to act again after a turn. ・Provides debuff at night using Moonlight Judgment.

Osvald is already a very strong elemental attacker so all he needs is a team who can buff and keep him healthy throughout the battle.

Agnea will be Osvald's main source of buffs while Temenos keeps the entire party healthy. As for the last slot in your party, you can either pick Partitio for the additional buffs he can provide to Osvald or Ochette for extra debuffs on enemies.

Concentrate Spells

Osvald's Latent Power is called Concentrate Spells. This power lets him transform his multi-target spells into a single-target spell with much more potency.

This latent power is ideal to use on bosses. Instead of spreading your damage across all enemies in the field, use Concentrate Spells and attack an enemy boss to deal tons of damage to them, wilting their health down quickly.
