These characters are picked as the best of their respective roles and are usually used in most party setups. They are the ones that can be used in any situation that the game throws at them. |

・Her Latent Power allows her to use Beastly Howl, a skill that reduces physical and elemental defense on all foes. It also reduces the Shield Points of her opponent regardless of weak points.
・Has a powerful talent that allows her to basically execute monsters with low HP using capture. ・Extremely broken at early to mid-game, where she can destroy enemies using Light Revenant. ・Flexible in any role due to the number of monsters with different skills she can capture. ・Her EX skill, Provoke Beasts, allows her to easily break shields using monsters she captured. ・At late game, she becomes an excellent debuffer due to Leghold Trap alongside Beastly Howl. |
 Partitio Yellowil |
・Can use his Latent Power, Hoot and Holler, to instantly give an ally max BP at the start of a battle which is possible due to Full Power.
・Used in most party setups due to his role as a BP Battery. ・He is able to use the EX skill Share SP, where he can give his own SP to his allies. ・Able to survive fatal attacks with Hang Tough and Sidestep. |

・She can be very flexible as a healer by using her talent, Concoct, allowing her an assortment of concoctions to buff allies or inflict debuffs and status ailments against her enemies.
・Her Concoct can instantly fill all of her party member's BP gauge instantly with the use of Pomegranate Leaf and Diffusing Serum at max BP. ・Her EX Skill, Drastic Measures, can deal massive amounts of damage to her enemies if she's allowed to apply her debuffs on an enemy. ・Her Latent Power allows her to make concoctions without using any materials. |
 Hikari Ku |
・The best damage dealer in the game, especially if given the Armsmaster subclass.
・Can be flexible as a DPS due to being able to use Learned Skills. ・Able to act as a tank when using Incite, which allows him to fill his Latent gauge faster. While tanking, he can combo this skill with Vengeful Blade, allowing him to counterattack in the process. ・Can deal massive damage, reaching even past the maximum damage limit, with Deal More Damage. ・Has access to Limb From Limb, potentially the highest damage-dealing skill in the entire game. |

・When paired with Apothecraphy, All Together Now lets her cleanse status ailments for all her allies. ・ Can apply attack buffs with Lion Dance and Peacock Strut. ・Stimulate allows her to manipulate the turn order and let her allies act first. ・Song of Hope is a relatively strong skill that allows her allies' buffs to last longer. |

・One True Magic is an all-powerful spell that allows him to reduce his enemies' shield points regardless of their weaknesses.
・Can increase the potency of his spell using Latent Power by a lot, with the help of Advanced Magic and Alephan's Wisdom to deal massive elemental damage. ・A permanent buff for great magic is available as an accessory at the end of the game. ・Able to reveal the enemies' weakness at the start of the battle with his talent, Study Foe. He can also reveal additional weak points and HP of a single foe using Analyze. ・With secondary jobs, it's possible to have 3 elemental attacks he can cover. |

・Prayer for Plenty allows him to heal an ally past their max HP for better survivability. ・His Latent Power allows him to shred an enemy's shield, regardless of weakness. ・Moonlight Judgment allows him to weaken enemies at the start of the battle during nighttime. ・Unfortunately, Castti offers better heals and buffs than him using her Concoctions while also being able to deal so much damage and cleanse status ailments. |
 Throne Anguis |
・Can use Veil of Darkness, which is a skill that deals dark-based damage to all enemies and allows her allies to dodge 1 physical attack with a 100% success rate.
・Can act twice a turn using her Latent Power. ・Able to inflict Armor Corrosive that decreases an enemy's physical defense for 2 turns. ・Has Blessing of Darkness, which grants a buff to all allies during nighttime. ・With her speed, she can act first and use Surprise Attack, which deals more damage the sooner her action comes during a turn. ・As strong as Throne is, she's outmatched by Ochette, who has better debuffs than her such as Leghold Trap and Beastly Howl and are versatile due to her captured monsters. |

35000 damage I did to Dolcinea as Throne, her paired with Partitio and no break I was doing 14k+ every other turn. She is not B tier.

as soon as throne got her divine skill I basically one shotted the rest of the bosses in the game without being overlevelled. the fact she usually moves first and can corrosive armour and then do her attack is very strong and then just have any other DPSer hitting after that and the boss is dead first break. it's so funny seeing the list talking about debuffing and all this other stuff that's irrelevant for the entire game and no talk about ultra late game hypotheticals
