Once you finish the quest Partitio's Scent of Commerce on Winterlands, you'll be rewarded with 3 records and the Gramophone feature which lets you play these records in the tavern. You can obtain more records from shops and townspeople.

How to Complete Partitio's Scent of Commerce

1	Fast Travel to Winterbloom in Winterlands. You'll need to recruit Partitio and have him in your party to initiate the quest.
2	Enter the house where someone is calling for help. You will meet Audley who asks for your help to gather 3 musicians.
3	Find one of the three musicians at the following locations: 1. Flamechurch 2. Crackridge 3. Canalbrine
4	Switch the time to night time and use Partitio's Path Action to hire the musician.
5	Go back to Winterbloom again and talk to Audley to show her your hired musician.
6	Repeat steps 4 and 5 for the remaining two musicans.
7	Once you bring the third musician to Audley, the quest will be completed and you will receive 3 records that you can play on a Gramophone within taverns.
