Temenos Chapter 3 (Stormhail Route) Walkthrough

Chapter Summary and Introduction

Temenos finds himself on the road to Stormhail to question Vados the Architect himself. He heads to the Sacred Guard headquarters to find answers to the questions he seeks.

Stormhail

	Objectives
1	Make for the Sacred Guard's Headquarters. Once you arrive in Stormhail, continue to the headquarters to trigger the next event.
2	Find Vados. After the cutscene, head east of the headquarters to trigger the next event.
3	Make for the inn. After learning that Vados has been murdered, Temenos resigns to rest at the inn for the night.
4	Make for the Sacred Guard's Headquarters. In the morning there is a commotion by the headquarters head there to find Crick murdered!

Sanctum Guard Headquarters

	Objectives
1	Guide Crick's Phantom. Use Temenos' path action Guide to guide Crick's ghost to the root of his murder.
2	Follow Crick. Follow Crick's phantom to the insides fo the headquarters. Follow him to the room on the upper left wing.
3	Investigate the “heavens”. Afterwards, follow his phantom to the beams at the ceiling of the headquarters.
4	Find the source of the noise. Go down from the beams to find that a secret door by the foot of the stained glass has opened.

Forbidden Shrine

1	Uncover the truth. Head inside and reach the altar to learn who killed Crick. Afterwards, defeat Crick's murderer to avenge his death.

How to Beat Deputy Cubaryi

Take note of the Shield Colors

Shield Type (Color)	Effect
Nullifying Shield (Purple)	Prevents debuffs, safe to attack directly to reduce Shield Points (SP).
Reflecting Shield (Blue)	Redirects Elemental Attacks back to user, attack only with Physical attacks to lower SP.
Poison Shield (Green)	Poisons attacker when attacked physically, use only Elemental attacks or Soulstones to lower SP.

Other than the fact that Cubaryi's weaknesses will shift and change throughout the battle, another thing you have to be wary of when facing her is her ability to cast shields that have a range of effects.

Be Ready to Cure Poison

In the event that you take the risk of attacking her physically to reduce her SP while the Poison Shield is up, be ready to cure poison as it has a devastating effect over time. It is recommended to have a decent amount of Herb of Light to cure poison. This can be bought in Ryu for 30 leaves.
