Castti Chapter 1 Walkthrough

Chapter Summary and Introduction

Castti Florenz is introduced as an apothecary who lost her memory, drifting aimlessly at sea on a skiff after being carried and sent away by an unknown character. She is picked up by a ship with a friendly crew who brings her to a town suffering from an unknown illness that's causing people to faint.

	Objectives
1	Relieve the Town of the Plague. Castti will be able to help the town in three steps: ・Heal the afflicted people ・Find the source of the illness ・Defeat the bosses causing the illness
2	Gather Clues About Castti's Identity. Castti will encounter people who will provide clues about who she is.

Harborlands

	Objectives
1	Talk to The Ship's Crew. Once you are able to control Castti, she'll be on the ship that rescued her. Use Inquire on the ship's crew to know more about them and to progress through the game. Your final task on the ship will be to retrieve your satchel in the ship's cabin before you arrive on land.

Canalbrine

	Objectives
1	Explore the Town. Once you arrive at the town, you can continue using Inquire on the townspeople. Some of them will provide locations of hidden items you can pick up.
2	Heal the Afflicted People. Once you reach the northwest side of town, you'll encouter a sick person. Use Soothe to heal the person. Despite the good act, people of the town will react negatively towards you, with the exception of another apothecary named Malaya, which will provide clues about Castti's history. More people will start getting sick which will still require your help.
3	Find the Source. After healing the sick people of the town, the residents will start to warm up to you. Together, you'll come to the conclusion that the illness must be coming from the water that the people are drinking. People will volunteer to accompany you to their water source, but Castti will insist on going alone to avoid any further spreading of the disease.

Canalbrine: Path to the Water Source

	Objectives
1	Head for the Water Source. After the conversation with the townspeople, keep heading south through the woods and then the wall until you encounter a tunnel with broken bars. In this path, you'll encounter enemies which will initiate combat and treasure chests that will provide bonus items.

Objectives

1

Defeat the Bosses. Enter the tunnel and it will lead to a cave. At the end of the cave, you'll encounter two bosses, the source of the contamination in the town's water. There will be a Save Point just before the area where he confronts you, be sure to make a save before continuing. Defeat them to continue forward. If they prove to be difficult, it is recommended to wander around the Underground Passage to grind more EXP. ▼ Jump to Boss Guide ▼

Castti's Past

In Chapter 1, while nothing will be explained just yet, several hints will already be revealed regarding Castti's past.

Eir's Apothecaries

One of the villlagers will mention that Castti's look resembles that of Eir's Apothecaries and will react negatively towards this discovery.

Malaya

At the end of Chapter 1, it will be revealed that Malaya, the apothecary you meet in the town, was the person to send Castti adrift at sea on the skiff at the beginning of the chapter. However, her intentions will remain unknown.

When you use in the Inquire Path Action, some people will provide the location of hidden items around the town. These will appear as an exclamation mark on your radar, and will be indicated by a glowing blue light on screen.

During Castti's first chapter, you'll be required to use your Soothe Path Action to heal the sick people of the town in order to progress. Utilizing this Path Action will consume the relevant item from Castti's inventory.

How to Beat Doron and Veron

Utilize Cleansing Leaf Medicinal Concoction

Both Doron and Veron applies the Status Effect Poison that can easily chip away at your HP. Using the Cleansing Leaf Medicinal Concoction allows you to remove the passive damage when it has multiple stacks which will help you last longer in the battle.

Eliminate One as Fast as You Can

Chapter 1's boss fight has you fighting two enemy units at the same time alone. Focusing on eliminating one of them first as fast as you can will help balance the battlefield.
