Finish Every Character's Story

Each main character you recruit in the game will have their own story and requires you to travel to different regions to continue their tale. There are also moments where two characters share a story with each other, called Crossed Paths.

Completing their stories and crossed fates will lead you to unlock Extra Stories, which involves all party members facing off against a powerful foe.

Complete All Side Stories

Another step you need to take to get a 100% completion run is to interact with all of the NPCs that require your help. Helping every NPC you find can help you in a lot of ways, from earning leaves to obtaining items and weapons that will aid you in your journey.

Be on the lookout for any NPCs with a golden chat bubble on their head since it usually means they'll have a side story ready for you to take.

Unlock All of the Secondary Jobs

Guilds can be found in each region of the world and provides you with licenses you can assign to a character. This allows you to match certain jobs with one another to create unique playstyles and party setups.

There are also a few secret jobs found hidden in the world of Solistia. These can be found by completing side stories, finishing character stories, or collecting items such as rusty weapons.

Learn All of the EX Skills

Players can also come across altars found in each region, which usually requires a character to be in your party. These altars reward players EX Skills, which are powerful skills that specific characters can use to turn the tide of battle.

The other way of getting EX skills is by finishing character stories, usually given to the character near or at the conclusion of their tale.

Obtain All Gramophone Tracks

Gramophones are a type of item that can be used to play tracks inside a tavern, and they can be found everywhere in the world and obtained using different methods. Most of these tracks are usually bought from Merchants in towns or cities across all regions, but some require you to use Patch Actions and complete specific quests.

Before you can start collecting tracks, you need to get the Gramophone first, which you can unlock by finishing Partitio's Scent of Commerce Quest in Winterbloom.

Collect All The Strongest Weapon Set

Some of the weapons in the game are part of a set that is usually powerful, giving players high stat and beneficial effects. These can be found hidden everywhere in the world, and hints of their existence are usually heard from NPCs, while some require the player to find it on their own.

While getting these weapons will be difficult, obtaining them will be worth the time as it will give you a massive boost in stat that will aid you throughout the game.

Defeat the Secret Boss

The final step to 100% the game is to beat the secret boss, which can be unlocked by completing all of the character quests and specific side stories. This involves the player traversing into the Gate of Hell and facing off against the secret boss, Galdera.

Be warned that this is a very difficult fight, and much preparation is needed to overcome the fiend. Defeating the secret boss will allow you to complete the A Gate Between Worlds side story.
