Secondary Job | Explanation |
---|---|
Scholar | ・A combination that allows Temenos to deal damage while supporting his own allies with his mitigation and heals.
・Self-sufficient when it comes to his SP consumption due to Cleric's Mystical Staff and Inner Strength, allowing him to use more of Scholar's skills. ・Great at shredding tanky enemies due to his Latent Power, Judgment, which allows him to lower an enemy's shield point, regardless of weakness, paired with Scholar's high damaging spells. ・Having Elemental Barrage at Temenos' disposal also helps with his Path Action Coerce - making him break foes easily. |
The best Secondary Job for Temenos is Scholar. You can get this build by going to Western Winterbloom Snows, Winterlands and talking to the Scholar Guild Master at the Scholar Guild. They'll give you the Scholar License shortly after and you can equip it on Temenos from the Jobs menu.

Good |
・Works very well as a simple healer that buffs allies using Sacred Shield and Prayer to the Flame.
・Prayer for Plenty allows him to heal an ally past their max HP for better survivability. ・His Latent Power allows him to shred an enemy's shield, regardless of weakness. ・Moonlight Judgment allows him to weaken enemies at the start of the battle during nighttime. ・Unfortunately, Castti offers better heals and buffs than him using her Concoctions while also being able to deal so much damage and cleanse status ailments. |

How to Get to the Cleric Altar | |
---|---|
1 | Head to the Flamechurch in the Crestlands region. |
2 | Make your way east of the town, to the Eastern Flamechurch Pass. |
3 | Continue until you reach Borderfall. Climb up north and take the path leading west until you reach the church. |
4 | Once inside the church, behind the left bookshelf is a door that will get you to the altar. |
5 | With Temenos in your party, examine the statue so he can receive his EX Skill. |
Before heading for Borderfall, Crestlands to get Temenos' EX Skill, you need to make sure that you have him in your party. Otherwise, you won't be able to get his EX Skill.
Start Temenos' story or add him to your party by going to a tavern.
If you don't have him yet, you can always visit the altar again once you have him in your party.

Temenos' second and last EX Skill can only be obtained by finishing his story. It will automatically be given to him once you've cleared all chapters in his story.
Traveler | Role and Explanation |
---|---|
Temenos | 【Healer and Defensive Buffer】 ・Night-Only debuffs that compliments Throne's Blessing of Darkness. ・Supports allies by buffing elemental and physical defense. ・Has light-based elemental attacks. |
Throne | 【Debuffer】 ・Can reduce physical defense using Armor Corrosive. ・Veil of Darkness allows the whole party to evade physical attacks. ・Can also get damage done using Surprise Attack. ・Grants night-only buffs using Blessing of Darkness. ・Has dark-based elemental attacks. |
Hikari
or Osvald |
【Physical Attacker】 ・Preserve as much BP as possible until the enemies' shield breaks. ・When their shield breaks, augment your skills using BP to strike your opponents down. ・Can use Incite with Vengeful Blade to act as a tank. 【Elemental Attacker】 ・Can use 3 types of elemental attacks. ・His Latent Power, Concentrate Spells, allows him to deal massive damage on a single enemy. ・Can use Study Foe to discover enemy weak points at the start of the battle. |
Agnea | 【Attack Up Buffer】 ・Can use buffs that increase attack power. ・Has wind-based elemental attacks. ・Can use Stimulate to manipulate turn order. ・Can use Sealticge's Seduction to extend the skill of her allies to all. ・Throne's debuff with Agnea's buff maximizes physical attack power. |
Temenos has a wide array of support skills that can help the team stay healthy in battles. Because of this, we recommend getting Osvald or Hikari to be the main attacker of the group while Temenos supports them.
Temenos also has great synergy with Throne since both grant status effects that weaken enemies and strengthen allies at night. Bring Agnea along for her buffs and ability to manipulate turn order.

Temenos' talent, Moonlight Judgment, allows him to weaken enemies at night.
It goes well with his latent power, Judgment, which lets him break enemy defenses regardless of their weaknesses. This makes battles at night easier with Temenos in your party.
Best Starting Character: Who to Start With
With Judgment, Temenos can lower enemy shield points using any attack. Using this power, he can break enemy defenses regardless of their weaknesses.
Temenos' Day Path Action is Guide. This allows him to guide people and take them in as allies. The individuals he take in can use skills that will be useful to your team.
Temenos' guidance can't be used on certain individuals if his level is too low, so make sure to raise Temenos' level so he can lead more townspeople around.
EXP Farming Guide: How to Level Up Fast
At night, Temenos can use Coerce to challenge people into battle and obtain information from them. The information will only be available after successfully breaking your enemy in battle.
