Underequipped Side Quest Walkthrough

Go to the Hunter's Gathering northwest of Mother's Crown, near the Valleymeet Hunting Grounds. Talk to the merchant Lubavad to start the quest.

How to Complete

	Objectives
1	Talk to Lubavad Look for a merchant named Lubavad in Hunter's Gathering to start the quest. His caravan needs additional resources and will ask you to deliver them.
2	Deliver the Ammunition to the Caravan Once you get the ammunition from Lubavad, head to his caravan immediately to help them fend off the Machines.
3	Talk to Marzavid Talk to Marzavid near fallen carts and give him the ammunition. A cutscene where a wave of Machines will attack will play after talking to him.
4	Defend the Caravan A Longleg will appear from the group of Machines. Target the Concussion Sac on its chest to cause an explosion to deal area damage and cause most Machines to die. Or you can shoot the Power Cell on its back to stun enemies and take them out while they're down. Clear out the remaining Machines and talk to Marzavid again.
5	Find Dirid One of the crew will notice their Songcore is missing from the cart. Track Dirid using your Focus and recover the stolen item from him.
6	Kill the Stalker A Stalker will attack Dirid while you're talking to him. Kill the Stalker, get back to Dirid, and recover the Songcore.
	Remove the Stalker's Stealth Generator (Recommended) Aside from being fast, Stalkers also can blend in with the environment like a chameleon. Target the Stealth Generator on its side to destroy it and remove its stealth ability.
7	Return to Marzavid Go back to Marzavid and report what happened with Dirid. You will finish the quest after talking to him and receiving the rewards.

Tips and Strategies

Remove Stalker's Stealth Ability

You will have an easier time dealing with the Stalker if you remove its stealth ability. Aim for the Stealth Generator on its side to get rid of its stealth. You can use a Sharpshot Bow to destroy that component fast and a chance to stagger and stun it.

Exploit the Longleg's Weaknesses

Take advantage of the Longleg's two weaknesses. It will help you take out all the Machines in the area faster. The first one is the Concussion Sac on its chest. It will explode and deal Tear Damage on nearby Machines once you destroy it. You can use any weapon to destroy it.

The second one is the Power Cell on its back. Shoot it with Shock Arrows to cause a shockwave that will paralyze all Machines in a small radius. It will be easier for you to take them out if you have the Critical Strike skill once they are paralyzed.
