PS5 Upgrade Guide: How to Update From PS4 to PS5
It will not be released for the XBOX or Switch platforms since it is developed by Guerilla Games, a Sony first-party studio.
Games by these studios are exclusive to the PlayStation at launch and are only released on PC after a period of time.
