Cauldron SIGMA Tips

Shoot vents for added cover

You won't have any tall grass to hide in inside a Cauldron. Damage vents to create cover. If you want to save arrows, you can also damage these vents with a melee strike.

Engaging the Shell-walker is optional

If you're a bit underleveled or low in ammo to take on the Shell-walker, it's perfectly fine to just avoid the machine completely. You can take out the Watchers in its area so there won't be anything that could alert it of your presence.

Set up Traps for the Fire Bellowback boss fight

The FIre Bellowback has both ranged and melee attacks. By setting traps before overriding the core, you can force it to rely on its range attack which is easily avoided. The number of tripwires will depend on your difficulty setting and the rarity of your chosen weapon.
