Go to the Free Heap, located north of the Daytower, and look for Petra. Talk to her on top of a house and start this quest.

How to Complete

	Objectives
1	Talk to Petra Head to the Free Heap settlement and look for Petra. Talk to her to start the quest.
2	Go to the Bandit Lair Go to the Bandit Lair, just east from the Free Heap settlement, and get the Power Cells Petra needs.
	Defeat All Bandits (Recommended) It will be impossible to sneak through the Bandit Lair's tight security and get the Power Cells. Defeat all enemies, then you are free to get all the Power Cells in the area.
	Collect 3 Power Cells Get the first Power Cell near the iron bars. You can find the second one together with a burnt pile of trash. You can get the third one on top of the building. You can get there by climbing on the right side of the building.
3	Go to the Scrapper Den The Scrapper Den is not far from the Bandit Lair. Go over the other side and you will see the Scrapper Den from there. Head there and get the Weapon Parts Petra asked for.
	Kill All Scrappers (Recommended) Same with the Bandit Lair, it will be impossible to just sneak in and get the parts without getting spotted by the Scrappers. Kill all of them, preferably killing them with Silent Strike for a faster kill, and get all the Weapon Parts.
	Collect 3 Weapon Parts There are Scrappers nearby all the Weapons Parts, but it will be easy to perform a sneak attack from behind and defeat them in one shot.
4	Give the Parts to Petra Head back to Petra and give her all she needs. She will create a heavy weapon, called Oseram Cannon, out of the parts you've given her.
5	Defend the Settlement The Bandits will come for the settlement after picking up the Oseram Cannon. Use the weapon that Petra made to defend the site. Most bandits will die from just a hit with that weapon. It also has unlimited ammo, so don't hesitate to shower them with bullets!
6	Talk to Petra Talk to Petra once again after defending the settlement to finish the quest and obtain the rewards.

Tips and Strategies

Use Focus to Track Enemies

There are tons of enemies on this quest, and your Focus will be your friend to progress more smoothly on it. Your Focus will help you track all enemies you have been tagged and know where they are heading.

Use the Bushes and Walls to your Advantage

Perform stealth kills by hiding in the bushes and behind walls in the Bandit Lair and Scrapper Den. Having the Silent Drop, Low Profile, and Quiet Sprint skills will also help you get close to enemies without getting detected.

Aim for the Head!

Aim the head of the bandits to kill them instantly with the bow. But make sure you stay hidden, or they will swarm you, and it will be hard for you to defeat them.

Kill the Scrappers Stealthily

It will be hard to sneak through the Scrapper Den and get the materials without getting spotted. It will also be hard for you to kill them all simultaneously, so we recommend going for stealth kills. Fortunately, most of them are moving alone, making it easy for you to stealth kill them. Make sure you have the Silent Strike skill to pull off a stealth kill!
