How to Complete

	Objectives
1	Go to All-Mother. Upon receiving this quest, all fast travel options will be disabled inside the Embrace. Players will either have to run back or fast travel to the campfire in front of the Main Embrace Gate. The latter option will teleport you into a fight with a Corruptor, so be prepared.
2	Defeat the Invaders. Make the climb up to All-Mother. Mother's Watch village will be destroyed, so be wary of the Corruptors and Cultists that patrol its ruins. At the top, a Corrupted Thunderjaw and a number of Cultists will be laying siege to All-Mother. Defeat them to progress.
3	Talk to Varl. After the Invaders are defeated, speak to Varl near the entrance to All-Mother Mountain.
4	Talk to Teersa. Speak to Teersa inside the mountain. She will be at the steps leading to All-Mother.
5	Search the Ruins beyond the Hatch. With access granted by the Alpha Registry, head inside the Cradle Facility. Follow the waypoints to reach the Control Room.
6	Search the Facility Control Room. Scan the terminal inside the Facility Control Room. This should bring up GAIA's last message.
7	Exit the Facility. Exit the facility to watch the cutscene between Aloy and the Nora.

Tips and Strategies

Most of the Early Fights are Optional

Fights before reaching the ruined Mother's Watch are optional. This includes the encounter with the Deathbringer, just past the Main Embrace Gate.

If you are low on supplies or playing on much harder difficulties, it is an option to skip these tedious and drawn out battles.

Immediately Use Tearblast Arrows on the Thunderjaw

The Corrupted Thunderjaw will not attack immediately, as it is too busy pummeling the entrance into All-Mother Mountain. Use this distraction to shoot a Tearblast Arrow at one of its exposed Disc Launchers.

When it turns towards you after being alerted, use Concentration and shoot its remaining Disc Launcher with another Tearblast Arrow.

Use the Thunderjaw's Disc Launchers

With its main weapons gone, the Thunderjaw's attacks will be limited. Keep your distance and pick up the fallen Disc Launchers. Use these powerful weapons to deal massive damage to the Thunderjaw.

Note: If you find yourself having a hard time keeping up with the Thunderjaw's movements, consider using a Shadow Ropecaster to tie it down and immobilize it.

Grab the Power Cell if You Missed It

If players missed the Power Cell during the The Womb of the Mountain quest, now is the perfect time to return for it. Loot it since the next mission, The Mountain That Fell, will contain the 5th and last Power Cell.
