Go to Meridian and look for Ravan. Speak with him about their stolen sword. Take note that you can only start this quest after going through Olin's House in The City of the Sun Main Quest.

Go to Meridian and talk to Ravan standing in front of his house to start the quest.

You can talk to the Steward, or you can go ahead and use your Focus to scan the window. It will show you the tracks of the thief.

Follow the Tracks
Follow the thief's tracks, but the trail will end near a small street shop.

Ask Keadi if she saw someone wounded carrying a sword, and she will tell you where he went.

Follow the Tracks
Follow the tracks and the path will lead you to a heavily guarded Shadow Carja outpost. Sneaking in while avoiding guards is near impossible, so prepare for combat.

Go for Stealth Kills and Headshots

All enemies you'll encounter on this quest are humans. You can kill them effectively by aiming for headshots and performing stealth kills. Aiming for headshots will help you save ammo and crafting resources while also giving a small XP bonus on each successful headshot kill.
