How to Complete

	Objectives
1	Listen to Helis' Monologue. After Helis captures you, he will monologue for quite a bit. Respond to his quips before he condemns you to death.
2	Lure the Behemoth into Ramming the Support Pillars. Without weapons, all you can do is lure the Behemoth around the arena. Stand behind pillars to bait the Machine into charging and destroying it. You will need to destroy 2 pillars to collapse the platform containing your weapons.
3	Get Your Weapons Back. A cutscene will play automatically, giving Aloy all her weapons and armor back. The only difference is that you will not be able to use your Focus. Machine scans for weaknesses cannot be used during this battle.
4	Kill the Behemoth. Aloy will list off weaknesses she sees in the Behemoth's armor. Listen and exploit them accordingly to kill the Behemoth.
5	Escape the Sun Ring. With the Behemoth dead, Helis will order the Corruptors to kill Aloy. Sylens will eventually save the day, triggering the next main quest called The Heart of the Nora.

Tips and Strategies

Use a Rope Caster to Immobilize the Behemoth

If players have a Ropecaster (preferably a Shadow Ropecaster), use it to tie down the Behemoth and prevent it from charging around.

Immobilized, the large machine will be prone to any targeted attack to the following weak spots: Cargo Container (underside), Freeze Canisters, Power Cells, Force Loaders.

Freeze the Behemoth by Destroying its Freeze Canisters

Equip a Carja War Bow or a Sling, and use Freeze Ammunition. Shoot the Freeze Canisters on the Behemoth's back to detonate it.

When Frozen, the Behemoth will take increased damage from regular arrows. Do this if your main damage dealing weapons are the Hunter and Sharpshot Bows.

Stun the Behemoth by Destroying its Power Cells

Equip a War Bow (or better) and use the Shock Arrow ammo type. Shoot the Power Cell on the Behemoth's back to unleash an electrical explosion that will stun it.

When Shocked, the Behemoth will be rooted in a single spot. This opens up the opportunity to shoot its vulnerable parts like the Force Loaders running alongside its head.

Destroy Force Loaders to Deal Massive Damage

The Force Loaders located at the side of the Behemoths head can be destroyed to deal massive damage to it. Use arrows with high tear damage like the Shadow Hunter Bow's Hardpoint Arrows.

Both sides of its head has this weakness. Blow up both to quickly kill this high-HP machine.

Switch Out Weapons when Necessary

This fight only prohibits the machine scan attributed to your Focus. Players will still be able to switch weapons on the fly. If you find yourself with weapons unsuitable for the Behemoth fight, pause and switch them out to make the battle easier.
