Extremely underrated, started using this in chapter 15 on Hardmode and finishing battles in half the time now, pair it with skill master materia and it's like you have haste 24/7 absolutely amazing if you have it use it on your main character as you'll get more atb on it by default. Tifa has a weapon that gives you heaps of speed so you can give it to her for the most effect. Wish I could get another two I'll have to check with Chadley when I get inside the Shinra building
