Currently there are 8 DLCs in Final Fantasy VII Remake, 3 free Summons and 5 free Accessories. There is also a paid PS5 exclusive DLC called INTERmission that covers a new story about Yuffie Kisaragi.
The Chocobo Chick summon materia is obtainable by pre-ordering the game. PS5 players can receive this summon as part of the free Item Pack.
How to Get the Chocobo Chick Materia
The Carbuncle summon materia is obtainable by purchasing the Digital Deluxe Edition or 1st Class Edition of the game from the PlayStation Store. PS5 players can receive this summon as part of the free Item Pack.

The Cactuar summon materia is obtainable by purchasing any of the Deluxe Editions of the game. PS5 players can receive this summon as part of the free Item Pack.

How to Get DLC Items | Butterfinger Items
A brand new episode featuring Yuffie Kisaragi and new allies as they attempt to steal the ultimate materia from Shinra. Purchases of the PS5 version of the game will receive this immediately while those upgrading from the PS4 version will be required to purchase the DLC separately for $19.99.
