The console and mobile versions are slightly different in price, 5 dollars to be exact. Also, in order to play online on PS4 and Switch a subscription to PS Plus or Nintendo Online is necessary. If you include the monthly fees the price on consoles becomes even higher and the two services have their differences to choose the one that caters to your tastes and get to playing!
Price (1 Month) |
Services | |
---|---|---|
PS Plus | $9.99 USD | ・Play games online ・Receive free games every month ・Discounts on games in the PS Store |
Nintendo Online |
$3.99 USD | ・Play games online ・Access to NES and SNES titles ・Store save data in the cloud |
This is the pricing as of 2020. Purchasing a year in advance will result in a lower monthly cost and the prices could rise or lower at any time.
How you play on console versus mobile is also quite different. Controls on console are obviously more precise, but the simplicity of the controls overall make the mobile versions accessible to anyone and a perfect fit for those who enjoy playing games on their phone.
As you can't exactly bring your PS4 with you wherever you go, the Switch and Mobile versions are much more accessible to those often on the move. The PS4 does have Remote Play but this requires an internet connection at all times.
Your save data can be transferred to any of the available platforms regardless of where you start from, so if you gave the game a try on the Mobile version you can safely move your progress over to the Playstation 4 or Switch versions without issue.

Looking for friends to play Post-Game Dungeons with and farm rare Scrolls and Materials.
Region: US
Permanent Friend Code: 280318857487
Hello! A question regarding Bonus Points and Boss sets:
If I go to Tida on Cycle 3 in a Solo playthrough, do I need to reach the bonus points listed for 1P on the lists here to qualify for Set 8 to possibly drop?
I'm currently trying to farm for better gear and need the scroll for a Selkie acc, which Armstrong drops in set 8, but havent fully grasp the system behind Bonus Points and Set chances yet.
Thanks in advance!
