Formerly a high school student at the colony of Frontier IV, Cecily Fairchild's complicated past soon caught up to her when the Crossbone Vanguard came and occupied the colony, declaring the space kingdom of Cosmo Babylonia. It is then revealed that she is a scion of the Crossbone Vanguard's leading family, the Ronahs, and she was invited to become the new nation's symbol. But soon she decided to turn against the Crossbone Vanguard and instead assist the Earth Federation in taking them down alongside her friend, Seabook Arno, pilot of the Gundam F91.

A fairly flexible pilot for Blue Generics mobile suits, Cecily gives up to 240% ranged sense or more to Generic category White Mobile Suits in particular. Mobile suits with the "High Mobility" unit category will also get to enjoy her up to 65% Reaction buff. However, her best bonus - her EX gauge recovery buffs - are only reserved for mobile suits with the "Cosmo Babylonia Founding War" and "Crossbone Vanguard-affiliated" unit categories, which are few and far between as of this writing.
