Pick Me Up can be purchased from almost all item shops for 5 coins, including the ones at Mushroom Kingdom, Rose Town, Sea, Sunken Ship, Seaside Town, Monstro Town, Nimbus Land, Barrel Volcano, and Bowser's Keep.
