Constantly Break Mikk and Makk
As long as Mikk and Makk are active, Plukk's weaknesses aren't in effect. They each block specific weaknesses from Plukk. Breaking the minions provides a window where you can attack Plukk's weaknesses and break her as well.
Focus on Plukk Next
If you defeat both minions, Plukk becomes more powerful and can take consecutive actions in a single turn. Keeping at least one minion prevents this for happening. Because the window to deal large amounts of damage on Plukk is small, focus fire when you break her.
Defeat the Minion that Blocks the Weaknesses You Need
One way to make the fight a bit easier is to try to immediately get rid of the minion that's blocking the weapon and elemental weaknesses you can easily target. This way, you can constantly break Plukk.
