Make Sure You Have Enough HP
Despite saying that the recommended level for doing this is Level 18, the game can be a bit punishing if you try to fight a boss just because you have reached the “minimum” recommended level.
It is recommended that your party has an average of 2000 HP each to last the fight as Captain Stenvar and his lackeys pack a mean punch.

Break His Lackeys as Much ＆ Fast as You Can
Much like Warden Davids, Captain Stenvar has the ability to call for backup to protect his Shield Points from going down. You can utilize Temenos' Latent Power to lower Shield Points regardless of the weakness. You may also want to utilize Osvald's and Ochette's AoE attacks to break more than one enemy at a time.
