Feral Blangonga has 2 phases, which are its normal state and enraged. On its regular state, it will mainly use Power attacks for its head-to-head and Speed attacks once enraged
Normal State

It has a quick setup during its regular state where it uses a Power Attack and will be the perfect time to win a head-to-head. After that, it'll follow it up with a strong AoE attack called Thundercall, so be sure to use defensive effects or downright skip its turn to avoid a potential team wipe.

During its enraged state, it will retaliate when hit on its Forelegs, so avoid hitting that area. His Pack call will also summon allies so taking them down with AoE attacks is ideal when Blangonga is down or disabled to prevent counters.

Level Up to at Least 42
The Feral Blangonga will be at level 46 so prepare your roster to at least Level 42.
Equip Fire Weapons and Thunder Resistant Armor
Negate both of the Feral Blangonga's strength and weakness by equipping fire weapons and thunder resistant gear. This will let you maximize your damage output and damage negated during the fight.
Choose Ogden as Your Battle Ally
The best battle ally to use for this fight is Ogden. He can provide various buffs and can disrupt its actions with traps and is extremely valuable over having allies that can dish out more fire damage.
When In Enraged State, Avoid Hitting its Forelegs
Once it is in the Enraged state, Feral Blangonga retaliates during its enrage state so avoid hitting its blighted part during this phase.
Exploit its Weakness to Darkness
The Feral Blangonga is massively susceptible to the Darkness ailment, meaning, when stacked alongside Accuracy Down, the fight is trivialized if you are able to deal with the pack it calls.
Prioritize Clearing its Pack
In its Enraged State, the Feral Blangonga will call its pack, two Blango, to the battlefield. These Blango can deal substantial total damage with their Power attacks and Snow Flings, so defeat them first in order to prevent your allies from losing hearts.
Skip Feral Thundercall
The Feral Blangonga will perform Feral Thundercall, during both states and it is a high damage Thunder AoE skill. Save your Kinship skills and use them to skip this move to avoid losing multiple hearts for your allies.
