You can topple Monsters by reducing their Wyvernsoul Gauge to zero. Learn how to reduce the Wyvernsoul Gauge of enemy monsters during fights in this guide!

The Wyvernsoul Gauge is the enemy monster's fighting spirit, and lessening it through consecutive attacks can lead to it being toppled over. Keep hitting your opponent their Gauge is reduced. When a Monster is toppled, your attacks and skills can deal Critical Hits to the enemy.

It's important to note that some Monsters won't be toppled immediately just because their Gauge has been depleted. Some enemies possess a red orb in their gauge, indicating they have a stock when their gauge is reduced. When depleted, the orb turns into a blue gauge called the Wyvernsoul Stock, which you will have to reduce fully to actually topple them.
Combat System Guide: How to Win Battles

Your Active Skills are based on Power, Speed, and Technical, so take advantage of these strengths, along with your weapons, in order to chip away at the enemy's gauge. For weapons, the Hammer is the most effective since it's designed to deal damage to the Wyvernsoul Gauge, so use it when you can during the battle!

Double Attacks can occur when you and your Monstie targeting the same opponent win a Head-to-Head. Channeling double attacks also increases the chances of toppling the enemy.

Kinship Skills are powerful attacks that can inflict heavy damage to the opponent, and will require the members to charge the Kinship Gauge by landing attacks successfully. The Kinship Skill can be done by one party member or enter Dual Kinship if two members' gauges are charged.

Once an enemy is toppled, your attacks are amplified and are guaranteed Critical Hits. Use them to gain the advantage in the fight.

After toppling the opponent, a button prompt will be given to you, which you will now have to press to engage Synchro Rush. This move will allow your party members to deal significant damage to the enemy. However, it's only recommended if you are running out of Stamina.
