Cannot Remove Battle Allies

Whether you are engaged in a fight or not, you cannot remove Battle Allies in your roster as there is no option to accomplish that specific action.

However, keep in mind that there are certain parts in the game where it will require you to fight without your Battle Allies. This is apparent when fighting the Dual Feral Velocidrome, where you'll be facing opponents with only your Monstie at some point in the fight.
