Found Near the Giant Tree in Blessing Hill

The Exotic Seregio will only appear during Ogden's Side Story Chapter 2. Go to Blessing Hill in the Canalta Timberland region. You can use the camp as a teleport point. Jump across to the hill on the west side and follow the path.
You will know you are on the right track when you notice Beehives planted along the roadside. This path will lead to a dead end with a giant tree where the Exotic Seregios will spawn.
How to Catch Exotic Seregios
Bring an Arzuros to the Lair
You need to lure the Exotic Seregios out by using its favored prey. Bring an Arzuros to lure the monster out. Make sure to bring at least a level 15 one since you will be using it in the upcoming battle as well.

The battle clues heavily recommend that you use the Arzuros to divert the Exotic Seregios' attention.
Have the Arzuros Tank the Damage
When this monstie is on the field, the Exotic Seregios will only focus on attacking this monstie. All you need to do is make sure to keep its health up while you concentrate on attacking the monster.
Arzuros Will Always Win the Head-to-Head
Another advantage of having Arzuros on the field is that it will always win the head-to-heads against it since Power wins over Technical.

Completing Ogden's Side Story Chapter 2
Defeating the Exotic Seregios will complete Ogden's Side Story Chapter 2. Completing this quest will give you the following rewards:
