This is a guide to repelling the Invasive Khezu in Monster Hunter Stories 3 (MHS 3). Learn the puzzle mechanics for repelling the Invasive Khezu and the necessary steps you need to take to beat the boss.

The Invasive Khezu is found on the Serathis region in Glacial Caps in the hidden part of the frozen lake. There will be a series of elevated rock formations you need to jump on to reach the zone.
|
1. Invasive Battle Clues 2. Get Anti-Paralysis For the Whole Team 3. Use Speed Double Attacks 4. Stop Khezu After it Uses “Learning Complete” |
| Clue | |
|---|---|
| 1. | If it's coming at us with sheer power, we should outmaneuver it with speed. |
| 2. | One of those hits would be the end of us. We'd better prevent it from attacking. Prevent it from attacking, you say... Ah! Try syncing your breathing with your Monstie!. |
| 3. | Looks like it uses electric attacks. Make sure you're ready to deal with paralysis. |

To collect the Invasive Monster Tracks and remain unseen by the Invasive Monster, players can ride a Nargacuga and use its Stealth Skill by pressing the the roar button. The Invasive Monster will now not be alerted as long as stealth is active.
Note however that players can only get a Nargacuga by beating Invasive Nerscylla.

The pre-requisite of the fight is to have the means of providing Paralysis Resistance to the whole team. This can be done through multiple ways such as items, genes, or decorations, but our recommended way is to use a Hunting Horn with the Bolstering Ballad skill!

The first prerequisite to repelling the Invasive Khezu is by utilizing double attacks. It will use a technical attack at the beginning, so win using double power attacks.

Once Invasive Khezu uses Learning Complete, you'll get a warning from your team that it is paramount to stop it from attacking. The guaranteed way to do that is to use Kinship Skills!
This will prevent its next action and your Kinship gauge can be easily filled up with the double attacks from the earlier turns. If you are having trouble building it up, consider using Egg Skill: Solar Cry.

The main reward for repelling the Invasive Khezu is an endangered Barioth egg. This will let you repopulate the map with Barioths and hunt them for Barioth equipment or obtain more Barioth eggs!
