Before you get a Soulseer Mizutsune, you must first obtain a Mizutsune from an egg.
After getting a Mizutsune, you will have to restore it in a habitat that includes Zinogre as well.
After doing the previous step, continue to obtain more Mizutsune and Zinogres release them into the habitat until you reach Rank S. You will then be able to get Soulseer Mizutsune in the Egg Dens!
