Before you get a Dreadqueen Rathian, you must first obtain a Rathian by making the Invasive Yian Garuga retreat.

How to Get Rathian and Weaknesses

Restore Rathian in a Habitat With 3 or More Poisonous Monsters

After getting a Rathian, you will have to restore it in a habitat that includes 3 or more poisonous monsters residing in it. It is recommended to restore the Rathian in Sunpetal Plains as this habitat checks all the boxes.

Reach Rank S for Rathian in Habitat Restoration

After doing the previous step, continue to obtain more Rathians and release them into the habitat until you reach Rank S. You will then be able to get Dreadqueen Rathian in the Egg Dens!
