Black Stout
The Black Stout is a giant boar that has hard tusks and tends to charge and thrash. Follow these tips to beat it.

Watch Out For The Red Mists

As always, red mists will telegraph attacks. Black Stout has a long wind up to his attack so it's easy enough to dodge its attacks.

Avoid the Tusks

Avoid the Tusks
Its tusks block your attacks and arrows, attacking it head on will only make your hits bounce off. Dodge to the side and hit the meat of its side to get good hits in.

Watch Out For Front and Side Attacks

Early on, the boar only has two attacks, to the front, and a sidewards charge. Take note of its signs and avoid accordingly.

Dodge Twice Later On

Later on in the fight, the Black Stout will thrash around try to gore you more than once when it attacks. Be wary and dodge twice to get out of thrashing range!
