Like other Support pilots, Jona Basta grants EX gauge recovery buffs to all Support mobile suits. However, his EX gauge recovery buff is more potent than the rest, making him the best substitute pilot for some Support units, and even the best in-slot pilot for a few of them. In his signature MS, Jona performs exceptionally well by granting it key buffs to EX gauge recovery and HP Restoration Up.
