Purchase at Seaside Town for 30 coins Before Beating Speardovich

Poison Mushroom can be purchased at the Item Shop in Seaside Town shop for 30 coins before beating Speardovich. After you beat him, the shop gets replaced by another and you can no longer purchase the item.

Use Yoshi Cookie on Amanita or Chewy

When you use a Yoshi Cookie on an Amanita or Chewy enemy, you'll get the Poison Mushroom.

Kriffids have a very low chance of dropping Poison Mushrooms when defeated in battle.

Damage Boosted by Attack Boosts
