Purchase at Seaside Town for 250 coins Before Beating Speardovich

Ice Bomb can be purchased at the Item Shop in Seaside Town shop for 250 coins before beating Speardovich. After you beat him, the shop gets replaced by another and you can no longer purchase the item there.
