Acquired in Mushroom Kingdom Item Shop Basement

Mushroom Kingdom Item Shop

After exiting the Mushroom Castle, head to the Mushroom Kingdom's item shop. In the eastern corner of the shop, you'll find a path leading downstairs. Talk to the Toad in the basement to receive a Hidden Treasure tutorial and the Signal Ring.
