Smuggler Cache 13 is located in Mos Algo, near its Landing Zone. The holotracker obtained from Jet Kordo's Legacy beeps whenever a Smuggler Cache is nearby or when you isolate the frequency during the Jet Kordo's Legacy!

Located Inside a House Near the Landing Zone

The Mine Supply Room Keycard is located inside a locked house near Mos Algo's Landing Zone. To open the house's door, go behind it and then shoot the power cell inside using your blaster's Ion module.
