The Ion Casing is acquired during the earliest events of the New Tricks questline. Head to Mirogana on Toshara, and track the quest to find Belo Roovin the armorer.
2 Buy the Ion Casing From Belo Roovin
Star Wars Outlaws - Belo Roovin Selling Ion Casing
Belo Roovin will sell the player the Ion Casing. The Ion Casing is a Blaster Key Part, and costs no Credits to buy.

The Ion Casing is obtained during the beginning events of the New Tricks quest. Players will be tasked with buying the Ion Casing from the armorer Belo Roovin, who can be found in Toshara's central hub city of Mirogana.
