Strategy Against Ring Zok Trooper

Ring Zok Trooper's Ring Laser attack reduces your Power if it hits, so aim to hit the solid part of the laser to stop it from reaching you.

Attack Pattern 1

Ring Zok Trooper summons a laser ring around you that gradually spins faster, shrinking until it eventually closes in to hit you.
How to Dodge This attack cannot be dodged.
How to Counter Use your hammer and attack the non-laser part of the ring.

Attack Pattern 2

Executes a coordinated attack with a Zokkarang Trooper, where Ring Zok Trooper drops blocks on Mario and Luigi.
How to Dodge Quickly destroy the blocks with Jumps then dodge the Zokkarang Trooper's attack.
How to Counter This attack cannot be countered.
