Glohm Sharpcask’s attacks will inflict the Glohmed status ailment on Mario and Luigi, which disables combo moves and Bros. Attacks. To counter this, equip the Auto Ampberry plug to automatically consume an Ampberry whenever a character is inflicted, quickly removing the debuff.

Additionally, the Anti-Spike Specialist plug is highly effective for this fight, as it guarantees critical hits against spiked enemies like Glohm Sharpcask.

When Glohm Sharpcask uses its Regenerating Shell move, activate Luigi Logic to initiate a minigame where you must stack crates while dodging bombs.

Prepare for Enraged Attacks
