Unlocked After Completing Great Lighthouse Island (Lushgreen Sea)
After you complete Great Lighthouse Island (Lushgreen Sea), you will be able to find this side quest on Rumbla Island. Talk to Willma at the Village in order to start A Mother's Worries.
If this side quest doesn’t appear for you after you return to Shipshape Island from Great Lighthouse Island (Lushgreen Sea), you may need to progress the story a little bit.
Choosing Billdit or Maykit Changes the Quest
After going through Rumbla Island the first time, you will be given the choice of going to either Raynforst Island to find Billdit or Twistee Island to find Maykit.
Whomever you chose first will influence who gets to be a part of this quest. The one you meet first between Billdit and Maykit will be managing the workshop on Shipshape Island, while the one you meet second will be out and about.

A Mother's Worries Walkthrough
Talk to Willma in Rumbla Island
Head to Willma’s House on the north side of Rumbla Island. Talk to Willma to start the quest!
Deliver the Letter to the Workshop
Willma will ask you to deliver a letter to her child in the Workshop on Shipshape Island. The recipent (either Billdit or Maykit) will depend on which of her children you found first earlier in the game.
Go to the Workshop to deliver the letter and complete the quest.

After completing Coming Home, either Billdit or Maykit will reward you with 2 Syrup Jars. The reward does not change regardless of who gives it to you.
