How to Restore BP on the Field

Find Recovery Blocks

Recovery Blocks are blocks with a heart icon that fully restores your health and BP when you jump and hit it.

Sleep at an Inn

Another option to fully heal and restore your BP is to sleep at an inn. Some islands in Concordia offer an inn and these do not cost coins to use. One will also eventually be freely available on Shipshape Island.

Inns can usually be identified by buildings or NPCs next to a sign with the heart symbol on it.

Use Syrup Jars from the Items Menu

While on the field, you can open the main menu and select Items. From there, select a Syrup Jar to use in order to restore your BP.

How to Restore BP in Battle

Use Syrup Jars or Candies

Item	Effect
Syrup Jar	Restores 10 BP.
Super Syrup Jar	Restores 20 BP.
Ultra Syrup Jar	Restores 30 BP.
Max Syrup Jar	Restores 40 BP.
Candy	Restores HP and BP by 30%.
Super Candy	Restores HP and BP by 50%.
Ultra Candy	Restores HP and BP by 70%.

You can consume Syrup Jars or Candies in battle to restore BP. Note that doing so uses one turn.

Equip Recovery Battle Plugs

Battle Plug	Effect
Auto Syrup Jar	When your BP becomes low, will automatically use a Syrup Jar.

You can also use Battle Plugs that allow you to recover BP such as the Auto Syrup Jar. This allows you to use the item automatically when your BP becomes low and does not use one turn.

Further Boost Restoration with Auto Deluxe

Battle Plug Combo
Auto Syrup Jar	+	Deluxe Auto

You can boost your healing further in battle when you use the Auto Syrup Jar and Deluxe Auto Battle Plug combo. This allows you to automatically use the most efficient BP restoring item from your inventory when your BP becomes low.
